841- NO PICTURE NEEDED

Tinian Dynasty: House Used ‘Backdoor’ in Passing Saipan Gaming Bill
I didn't think you would need a picture to understand this...
Ken Barberis, Dynasty’s casino general manager, said the House appears to have used the “backdoor” in passing House Bill 15-322 or the
“Tourism Entertainment and Destination Enhancement Act of 2007. ”Definition of used the "BACKDOOR" in simple english, or as they say in laymans terms, means --
"THEY FUCKED YOU IN THE ASS!"
How did it feel? Aren't you happy now?

i saw mr. q, the author of the bill, on the AMP pathway today, incognito(ball-cap pulled down low, dark sunglasses). wonder if he was trying to avoid being confronted about his bill?

also, i believe KSPN2 reported all reps voted for the law but two: a rep from tinian and an absent rep! that means cinta, ray yumul, and stanley, among others, voted to go backdoor on us, right?

SBMan, A cut from the Tribune...
"The measure was approved by the House on Wednesday, with only Tinian Rep. Edwin Aldan voting against it. The bill will become law once approved by the Senate and signed by the governor."
Will never pass the Senate though..
No Senator from Rota or Tinian will approve this bill. It's DOA...

That is what should make you wary Glen. The fac that the Rep from Rota voted yes to it.

Mendiola may just be starting the negotiations with the "I vow not to pass this bill" line.

TRANSLATION:

"I vow not to pass this bill." = "Do I hear $5,000?"

Boycott Porky's!

Booonie,

Were they "new" sunglasses and a "new" hat? Maybe he was just showing them off? How much does a House of Rep "yes" vote cost you these days? Much less from a Senate vote I hear.

LOL

PP, Your assignment today is..
Read boonies first post and find out who the absent rep. was, It might be the Rota Rep., hence a reply to your comment..The ST may not have mentioned 'absent' reps.

I think glen has it wired this time just as he did the last time. No chance with 6 special interests going against 3. You would need a defection from each of the two out islands to get a 5-4 win for the bill. I don't think there is much chance of that, and for sure not for a paltry 5K. Next case.
