859- THE MAN IN THE MOON

THE GOVERNOR MUST BE ON THE MOON
Let me introduce you to the governors last stupid statement...
“We fear it will kill jobs,” Fitial said of H.R. 3079. “We worry it will keep us in the deep economic depression that we are working hard to get out of. And we know it will eliminate the new worker rights that we just passed into law.”
6000+/- people
protested this bill, and that was only the ones that were free to do so, and the governor laments the new worker rights that they just passed will be eliminated. DUH!
This guy is so unfit to govern anymore because he is so far out of touch with reality, he's got to be on the moon...
It's just silly idiotic anymore. This man needs a psychiatric ward and a mental health guardian.
Simply to much....

Fly me to the moon
and let me play among the stars,
let me see what spring is like
on Jupiter and Mars.

Hey, Guv:

"Fear" is an emotion, and emotions are by definition fundamentally irrational. If you "think" it will result in job loss, you ought to be able to articulate some plausible reasons how it will cost jobs.

I'll tell you what will cost you jobs and future investment: the "Second Marianas Political Status Commission," which will throw the fear of God into any rational investor thinking about starting a business in this place. Possible investor: "Let's see, stable currency, check; access to U.S. courts, check; favorable tax rate, check; POSSIBLE SECESSION FROM THE UNION--WHAT??!!"

You know, we had an incident about 140 years ago where a group of Americans wanted to secede from the Union because the U.S. wouldn't let them enslave, abuse and exploit another group of people. That didn't turn out so well.
