UNITY MARCH IS A STUNNING SUCCESS - A NEW ERA IS BORN

Despite the rain the spirits were never dampened. I went there and never even got close enough to the stage to see who was on it. This will be a profound statement to the U.S. feds that they must consider when writing the final version of a new labor and immigration bill, this will carry way more weight than the governors weak unfounded ignorant assessment of the "it will ruin the economy" letters. Bravo to all who showed up, you must be commended for your guts and strength to see this through.
My highest regards to Tina Sablan for doing the right thing even though she got some slack from some other group that wishes they could pull off something close to this themselves.

Even if this is not everything you want, and it won't be, it is the beginning, every good thing takes time. This is a great start! You all now know just what the American way of life and the freedoms we cherish and fight for really mean. It just makes one proud to be an American, doesn't it?
I know there are a lot of people who need to be recognized for this effort and I can't call out all your names but I want to encourage all of you to keep on keeping on....
