Yes, they should be impressed, impressed how this place can run without power. I'm sure they will be curious as to how it is done.
EIGHT travel agents from South Korea will be arriving on Saipan on Friday to see what CNMI has to offer so they can attract more tourists to visit the islands. The travel agents are scheduled to arrive on April 18 and stay on Saipan and Tinian until April 22.

I sure hope they won't be stuck on the tarmac, in a hot plane for a coupl'a hours while the power is off at the airport.
May I suggest that they visit a few red flagged beaches, take a rental car to Marpi and get robbed, learn how to negotiate a 4-way stop without traffic lights and find a local Korean restaurant where the power is on. Sure hope they can see in the dark...

hopefully they will recommend flashlights and candles
Korean Bbque might be the choice of choices during Saipan darkest hours. The best bbque have those little gas braziers on the table for cooking.
They should also appreciate how their Korean counterparts in the NMI are gouging tourists so that there are no return visits.
