Orca do kill sharks.. just saw it two nights ago on the Discovery Channel. So do porpoise.

I've heard of most of these before, but there are a few on the list that are new to me.

Do you know where "the finger", comes from?

Pulling a longbow required the use of your index and middle finger. During the Hundred Year War, the French would make a point of cutting off the middle fingers of the English bowmen. Those that still had their fingers would wave them at the French. Hence the waving of the middle finger.
