M54- WHAT IS THE ANSWER

IS THIS THE BARGE... BRINGING FUEL TO THE CNMI?
Well here you go..
Story here...
COMMONWEALTH Utilities Corp. Executive Director Anthony C. Guerrero yesterday said they lack funds to pay for the 30-day supply of fuel for their power plants. “We’re short of $2 million,” he said, to buy the 25,000 barrels of oil shipped by Mobil. He said CUC has $1.5 million only, and this came from its collections. The fuel delivery will meet the island’s fuel need from this month until May. “But we’re unable to pay for it.
This administration is broke, sorry and unable to do shit!
Now what is next? Maybe the picture is not of the correct ship. Who really cares? but here is the following...
The Mobile Ship has arrived, now will the government be able to pay the bill, buy the fuel needed, keep the power on? Or will it let you and me stay in the dark? Bet your best , bet your worst, CUC and this government will be a loser as it has always been!

We'll probably know for sure when the lights go out.

It did dock by the way. Maybe they unloaded. We can only hope I guess.
