THE SAIPAN ZOO

Lambert LOOKING FOR SOMETHING INTERESTING TO DO? MAY I SUGGEST THE SAIPAN ZOO.
This is a really neat place to roam around and take in all the exotic animals. When I visited the zoo I was surprised at all the animals, well with this being a small island and all, but I was amazed. A fascinating trip for sure. A few excerpts about the zoo........... Meet Tasha the Tiger, Lambert the Lion, Ozzie the Leopard, and Booboo the Black Bear at the Saipan Zoo in As Mahetog.
These are just four of the 21 exotic animals that have been recently added to the island menagerie, giving residents and tourists many new reasons to visit or revisit the only zoo in the CNMI.
Aside from the four, there's Liberty and Oppie the monkeys, Jinga the genet, Shadow and Timber the foxes and Bobbie the bobcat. Other new set of animals includes kinkajous from the raccoon family, parrots, cockatoos, owls, a vulture, a hawk, emus, iguanas, coatimundi and Serval cats.
Zoo owner Frank Aldan said, "The addition of these animals to the local zoo is good news for the CNMI community." .......... So now you know, so there you go.... The Saipan Zoo is open every day including Sunday from 9am to 5pm only. Local rates are $10 for adult and $5 for children. Schoolchildren rate is only $3.75 per student...... Don't miss this excellent spot to visit whenever you are here or have some free time to go to fantasy land... Located: Aldans Tropical Nurseries, As Mahetog. (Just below capital hill) Now you have a very nice day! ........GED........
