I would love to say with confidence, EE is the writer of the column, but not likely. I've spent some time over the last week reading my hometown papers in Maine, and there is not a writer for a paper in Saipan, who wouldn't be able to work in Maine. Stanley, however, should stay where he is.

The quotes say a lot for improving the pss, we'll leave the results of qualified english speakers graduates of the PSS from the NMC college exams, aside for the moment.

I interviewed with a Caterpillar affiliate in UB yesterday, no Job for me. They have four expats and the remainder of the work force of 250 souls, are native Mongolians. Not an easy task here, considering we are talking about skilled technical jobs and dedicated overseers of such. The Company has four classrooms, with more audio visual equipment than most people would see in pss classrooms. I didn't check on the number of bog rolls, but they serve lunch to all of the workers and provide transportation. I feel fairly certain they provide ample amounts of TP to the bathrooms.

Bad for me, but I was glad to see the locals getting a step up. They have had serious turnover problems, but more because the employees can't forget the fifth of vodka lunch, rather than the shop is such a bad place to work. I don't want to present another reason for the BOE to make a trip, but this company rocks. I have to say from my experience here, that the road to employment for the indigent Saipan workforce will be a long one and expensive for the employers. In the end though, I saw a succesful company, employing local workers, without the need for an excessive number of non-local managers. I wonder why CAT doesnt' have a shop on Saipan? Phillipeans, look out.. Holy Crap, the pmpkn and I have been checking out Shania Twain on the utube tonight, she is so hot. Nearly as pretty as the missus. Of course, Erdene doesn't need Spandex to to look good. How sweet is that?

hey remember he is one of the few reps up there that is making a stink about the nepotism of pete reyes trying to force in his wife as director of the lb.

interesting note: her current position (the one the even frica says is not a needed position) was created by her husband when she moved over there. prior to that she was one of the highest paid secretaries in the legislature working for none other than ... pete.

just my dos centos

Anonymous is correct. Pete's now wife was his admin-person/secretary is getting an amazing salary. I don't understand how that's legal. It's certainly immoral.

That doesn't put kooky Stan in any better light though.

You might get to work on a daily basis with "non-violent" inmates. So you'd really be serving two community needs, the care of stray animals and as masturbatory material for the prisoners.
