CDA urged to shoulder bad loans:
The Commonwealth Development Authority was urged to take over loans made to local businesses by private lenders. Rep. Ramon A. Tebuteb said in a resolution that CDA should consider helping qualified businesses (me and my colleagues families) by assuming their loans from commercial banking and financial institutions. (With this arrangement we can forfeit and never pay, what a grand idea!).... The Whole Story..
Now the first question.. Who are the people that will benefit from this action? With a closer look I'll wager they're all connected to the very people making this suggestion. Business and family ties will be the moving force behind this, just a gut feeling...
The second question.. Why would you encourage your own CDA to buy bad loans?.. This is against all smart business practices and standards. This is for one reason only, to get relief for people who who want to forfeit and not pay. Who are these people? They are possibly the very same ones making these stupid rules.
Got any other reasons? Let me know if you have any...
It is this kind of management that has gotten the government in the terrible bind it is presently in now.
