M4- HE'S IN, HE'S READY, HE'S ABLE

JOHN McCAIN WILL BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT
The beginning has ended and the end is beginning.
John McCain has just clinched the republican nomination, and is preparing for the final run to the White House. Given the next several months to organize his troops and strategies he will defeat the eventual winning democratic candidate who will be continuing to blacken each others eyes during the same period of time. Every time the Democratic candidates swing at each other and dig into each others dirt, McCain will be smiling and polishing his weapons, readying to take on the eventual winner of the Democratic war. It won't matter which opponent wins, McCain will kick their ass. No one even measures up to the records and qualifications of McCain, not even close. I guess I'll be ask to explain this in far more details in the future, but enough for now..
A news snippet...
John McCain swept all four states voting Tuesday and clinched the GOP nomination, leading Mike Huckabee to drop out of the race. With his victories, McCain reached the 1,191 delegates needed to ensure he becomes his party’s nominee.
Bring 'um on, watch 'um drop.
This is NOT a paid political announcement and is NOT approved by anyone!

John McCain's a good man Glen.. but I don't see any Republican winning. On top of that, this morning's public radio news had a blurb from Hillary. She stated that she would be willing to be on the ticket with Barack.. they'll just have to go through this primary process to see who'll be at the top of the ticket.

An Obama/Clinton ticket will not be beat. Democrats have come out in numbers three times higher and have raised seven times more money during the primaries.

Lil, I would not lose any sleep if any of the three were elected president.
That being said, Obama and Hillary have many more months of in house sparring, A combo ticket will never happen, Who will take the #2 spot? Egos are to big for that. The democratic party is still in for a lot of infighting, like over Fla. and Michigan. All this rhetoric will weaken the party, turn people off, wait and watch!

That's what I said Glen. That's what most of the Democratic pundits and strategists were saying up until the last couple of days. There's one in particular, a large man, Bill Beckett or something, a Democratic strategist who's on Fox once in awhile. He's been saying for months it'll never happen, and then yesterday, he made the comment that the ticket will include both Barack and Hillary. I wondered where that came from. When I heard the public radio story this morning.. I understood. I think it's going to happen. Politicians have a way of brushing off the nasty stuff, for their own benefits. Look at Bush.. he's about to endorse McCain. They've been pretty nasty to each other over the years.

I've seen Beckett, know who your talking about. I just think the next 6 months or so will be a slugfest, it's already rearing its head. Hillary will not settle for #2 if Obama accepts #2 maybe, but not Hillary.

...if he doesn't die from old age before the election.

Doctor had an interesting point yesterday afternoon, before I forbade political discussion as it was lovely afternoon here and I hate to spoil a perfect day. To the point, if the dems are deadlocked into the convention, perhaps a dark horse candidate.

Personaly, I think it is their best shot. I see Obama/Clinton are the two singularly most devisive candidates, I could ever imagine in a general election. I can see their rationale in going for alternative candidates as the middle road white boys haven't done much, but I'm of the belief they have gone too far. Of course, any possible dem candidate will founder on the rocks against the tidal swell produced by a McCain/C. Powell ticket.

Two for one cadndidate for republican VP, Condy Rice.

Condi would be three to one. Colored, experienced, and a woman. Still, she doesn't bring the positive Clinton era experience to the table as General Powell would. She would spend most of her time defending the W years, while mcG and Pwill can lay on their sacrifice and undeniable will.

You know your in an odd place when you're confronted with a decent republican.

Yup, Thats why they call him the 'Maverick' He calls his own shots.. Obama and Hillary together couldn't march this mans experience and wisdom..

Hammer did you also read that Obama stated that he would not play second fiddle to Hillary? My dream team would be McCain/Powell, with Powell taking the reigns in 4 years or 8 years, dependingn on McCains health. Now that would be good for this country and the world.

I'm a big McCain fan, but I also would be okay if Obama won. I used to say anyone but Bush, but now it's anyone but Bush and Hillary. I think Hillary is a bit of a fake, much like her marriage. It's not a marriage; it's a damn business partnership. Hillary has about as much of a personality as Bob Dole. She is about as exciting as John Kerry. She is about as warm and compassionate as Dick Cheney. I would love to see a female president, but not Hillary. Her attacks on Obama show just how shallow she really is. She will stop at nothing to win, even if it means dividing the Democrats.

My prediction? McCain will gain momentum in the coming months and will win the presidency.
