997- STILL DIZZY

CUC SHOULD BE DIZZY BY NOW
Well this mess has come full circle with no cure in sight.
The Whole Story Here..
.
How 'bout this?
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. has good news for residential customers:
The residential fuel rate for March is back to the lowest 17.6 cents per kilowatt-hour. According to CUC's schedule of electric charges and rates released by the utility agency's Betty Diaz, the 17.6 cents per kWh fuel rate will be implemented due to Public Law 15-94. The fuel rate, however, for businesses, government agencies, and non-conforming load customers will be at 28.8 cents per kWh.
Doesn't anybody in this government understand this, and why is this circle of ignorance being allowed to run amok again? Is there ANYONE with any business brains out there? Why is this happening?
Oh wait, we have to repress the lowest wage earners first, that's top of the list. Right, Governor?
Next we need to argue about who will get favoritism on the LB, that's very important too, number two on the list of priorities. Have I got it, Pete R.?
Then I guess PTI should be audited for improper hiring methods, right, Stanley TLC*?
And then the DPS director needs to be curtailed from happy hour, right again, Huh Stanley?
Aren't we glad there is no budget to balance cause that would take to much time from all these really important issues. Why even fool with CUC we, the government, don't pay them anyway, Tee Hee Hee. Friggin' gotcha you there, didn't we?
.....GED..... *TLC.. The Loose Cannon
P.S. Maybe we could sue them for being stupid??

I just read some of George Carlin's quotes on Lil Hammerhead's blog.

"Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that. "

factor in the local average, and.........there ya go.

[edit] the last line should read
"factor in the local education", and...........there ya go.

Sorry about that.
