As I pointed out in post #883, "TAX REBATES"
I stated this...
However, how much of this $26 million actually reaches the wallets of the public is yet to be seen. This could be a tempting situation for the governor to frivolously spend an amount of these funds, I surely hope he sees fit to rebate them rather then to waste them.

Now see what is happening! .. Story Here
FINANCE Secretary Eloy Inos says the administration is holding onto 25 percent, or $5.5 million, of the $26.4 million in cover-over funds and may place them in the general fund.
So the governor has dipped into your tax rebates. Are you surprised? There goes the first installment, (you notice I said installment?) of the cash from the kitty. When do you think the next priority will come up? Next week, next month?
I just knew he couldn't resist reprogramming this easy money.
Tellin' it like it is....
