Hot cakes in Romania, might be close to a fried dumpling here in UB. There is a similar food in Russia, also. I've gotten many a nasty nip on the willy, while frying those. I learned many years ago not to cook with hot oil while naked (it was bacon, but the idea is the same)
Guess they should have made Home Ec a mandatory course for men. I made the same DUMB mistake as Mark, on the bacon frying deal. Doesn't take but once to figure that one out. (:-))
